Court Support For Martin Victor Sr
| By LaVonne Victor | Published October 15, 2009 |
To all supporters of Cannabis in Riverside County and close to this county, I urge all whom would like to come to the court house and show support for another State charge on a cannabis patient Marting Victor Sr.
This man is injustly being procecuted all for growing cannabis under the laws of our state, this was not a store front collective but a 10 person untiy grow amonst patients and he needs our support. THis court wants to put my husband away, all for following what the laws allow him to do.. and like all others whom are facing the courts on a State issue concerning Cannabis Riverside is the most worse county of them all whom take the law into their own hands and refuse to uphold the laws of this state.
As his wife I pled to the community in Riverside and outside of Riverside to come and show support in front of the court house, I can not for they might call me as a witness. My husband is a good man, a very compassionate man and cares for his mother and for myself ..
Marty will be at the Southwest Justice Center at 30755 D auld road, murrietta Ca 92563 and the court case will start at 1:30 in room 204 in case anyone would like to come and show support to our fellow cannabis patient and activist. This will be going on this day and till Friday and continued. Pre-trial. We could use all the support and I know it is hard for most of us, whom work for a living to get away, or are tired and sick and I understand.
So if you could show it would be greatly apprciated. And for those of you whom had shown up, I realy want to really thank you so much for doing so..it really meant allot to myself and to his 82 year old mother.
For those of you, whom do not know us, we are cannabis patients and my husband Marty has been a caregiver for his mother and myself for a very long time (20 years or so). He has given support to others in the court system and has worked side by side with Lanny Swerdlow with MAPP with getting the Ca Cannabis Card Identification Program up with the Health Department for Riverside County and has been very compassionate toward the activisim in this issue. My husband is a very emotional man and belives in Justice and what Riverside County is doing to this man is unjust. they do not like him for he speaks up as an activist on this issue.
I am very concern for his well being, for Mom and I depend upon him and he only wanted the best for us and we are suffering all due to Riverside county whom refuses to uphold the laws of our State concerning this issue. They want to put my husband away just because he is who he is .. a kind compassionat man that believes in Justice for All.
