Palm Springs Planning Commission Meeting

By Americans for Safe Access
Published November 9, 2008

The Palm Springs Planning Commission is reviewing what may be the first time that any city in the Inland Empire has specifically allowed for the operation of a dispensary. However, there is a coordinated movement by Riverside County law enforcement and the Inland Valley Drug Free Community Coalition to derail this groundbreaking ordinance.

It is up to us to stop them.

The only way that will happen is if anyone who cares about this issue shows up at the upcoming ordinance meetings and lets our elected officials know that we need and want access to the medicinal cannabis as allowed under state law.
